Who supplies these products?

What you are buying
The product page describes the material, price in GBP, delivery method and any access period, prerequisites or technical requirements. Please read it before ordering. Courses marked as in development are not open for enrolment. No CPD accreditation or professional endorsement is included unless expressly stated and verified on the product page.
Education and reflection
Courses and workbooks provide education and opportunities for reflection. They do not provide individual psychotherapy, diagnosis, clinical supervision or emergency support, and do not guarantee a particular personal or professional outcome. You can pause or stop an exercise that is unhelpful or uncomfortable and seek appropriate support.
Professional learners remain responsible for their own clinical judgement and professional obligations. Do not submit identifiable client information or confidential case material to this site or to consumer AI systems as part of an exercise.
Ordering, payment and delivery
You can review and correct your order before submitting it. The order summary shows the total payable. Successful orders receive an email confirmation. Course access is linked to a student account; downloadable workbooks can be purchased through guest checkout where offered. Use an email address you can access and check your confirmation for delivery instructions.
Online lessons require an internet connection and a current browser. Downloadable files require suitable software for the stated format. Any additional requirements and the duration of course access must be stated on the product page before purchase. Contact us if access or a download does not work.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. Course access is for the named learner. Please use the learning features respectfully and do not upload confidential information about other people. If access is restricted because of misuse, the reason and a way to contact us should be provided, subject to security needs and your legal rights.
Using the materials
Unless a product states otherwise, your purchase gives you permission to use the materials for your own learning and reflection. Do not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share account access. Any permission to reproduce materials for work with clients or groups must be stated on the product page or agreed in writing. Rights allowed by law are unaffected.
Cancellations, refunds and problems
Our refund promise allows a full refund requested within 14 days after purchase, including if content has been accessed. The Refund and Returns Policy explains how to request cancellation or a refund. Any additional refund promise is separate from your statutory rights. If digital content is faulty, inaccessible or not as described, contact us so the problem can be investigated and the appropriate remedy provided. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Support and complaints
Email courses@matthewgorner.com with your order reference and a brief description of the issue. Do not email card details, passwords or sensitive clinical information. We will investigate and explain the next steps.
Privacy and changes
The Privacy Policy explains how account, order and learning information is used. The terms supplied with your purchase apply to that order; later changes do not remove your existing rights.
