14-day refund promise
Request a full refund within 14 days after your purchase, including if you have accessed a lesson or downloaded a workbook. This promise does not reduce your statutory rights. Please contact us rather than returning a physical item: these products are digital.
Faulty or inaccessible content
If a file does not open, access is missing, or the content is faulty or not as described, contact us. We will investigate and arrange the appropriate remedy. The 14-day promise does not limit rights you may have outside that period.
After a refund
A full course refund removes access to that course. A workbook refund removes further download access through the store; please stop using and delete the refunded copy, subject to any rights allowed by law. Refunding one product does not cancel unrelated purchases.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to show the credit. You will receive a refund confirmation.
Cancellation notice
You can use your own words or send: “I wish to cancel my order for , ordered on [date]. My order number is [number], my name is [name], and the email used for the purchase is [email].” Send this to courses@matthewgorner.com or the postal address above. If using post, include the date of your notice.
